We ship to all major cities and towns across India. However, certain remote areas might have limited delivery services, and we advise customers to check availability for their location before placing an order.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the delivery location. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before finalizing the purchase.

3. Delivery Timeframes
We strive to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time for orders varies based on location:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities: 5-7 business days.
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates, and actual delivery may vary depending on external factors like weather conditions, courier service delays, or public holidays.
4. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. This will allow you to check the real-time status of your delivery.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the unavailability of the customer or incorrect address, the courier company will make up to two attempts to deliver the order. If the delivery still fails, the package will be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.
7. Package Inspection Upon Delivery
We recommend customers inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged, please refuse to accept it and contact our customer service immediately.
8. Delays Due to External Factors

9. Undelivered Packages
In the rare case that a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue.
